Director:
DAVID YEAKLE has been the Producing Artistic Director of Tongue and Groove Theatre in Austin since 1995 and for fifteen years he was artist-in-residence with Fort Worth’s innovative Hip Pocket Theatre. For 23 years, he has been on the Texas Commission on the Arts Artist-in-Education roster. Currently, he is an adjunct associate professor in the Drama department at Austin Community College and a lecturer in the Theatre and Dance Department at the University of Texas. Since 1973, David has performed in, choreographed, or directed over a hundred productions throughout the U.S. and Great Britain. In 2007, David performed the role of Mr. Frivolous in Rubber Repertory’s production of Wallace Shawn’s notorious play, A Thought in 3 Parts and last year he portrayed Jimmy Jolly in St Idiot Collective’s You Are Pretty. In the summer of 2008, David directed his adaptation of The Red Balloon for Tongue and Groove and Bill Irwin’s adaptation of The Three Cuckolds at The Warehouse Theatre in Greenville, South Carolina. In the fall of 2008, he directed the new bilingual play by Raul Garza, Fantasmaville, for Teatro Vivo. David has studied commedia dell’arte at the Dell Arte School of Physical Theatre in California and Mask technique with Donato Sartori at Centro Maschere in Abano Terme, Italy. An associate member of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers, David holds a BFA in modern dance from Texas Christian University and an MFA in directing from the University of Texas.

Composer:
JUSTIN SHERBURN has been delighting audiences for fifteen years performing rock, jazz, blues, reggae, traditional French and Italian music, and tango. An in-demand multi-intsrumentalist, Justin plays guitar, piano, accordion, organ, and percussion. He has performed and recorded with Glovertango and the Tosca Tango Orchestra, RCA Victor recording artists Eight and a Half Souvenirs, and a variety of Austin area groups. He is currently recording and touring with Jagjaguwar recording artists Okkervil River, a popular indie rock group whose album "The Stage Names" recently topped Harp Magazine's Best of 2007 list. Justin has worked as composer, performer, and musical director for Texas theater companies Tongue and Groove Theater (Austin), Hip Pocket Theater (Dallas/ Ft.Worth), and the Here Arts Center (NY,NY) specializing in puppet theater and Comedia dell'Arte productions. Justin's soundtrack credits include the Richard Linklater film Waking Life (2001 Fox Searchlight Pictures) and Infamous (2006 Warner Brothers Independent). He also has recorded and produced several soundtracks for Austin PBS station KLRU.

Animator:
LEAH SHARPE has a diverse body of work with an emphasis on art and design for entertainment. She was production designer and co-producer on the feature film Sex Machine, an independent horror-thriller, distributed by Anthem Productions and available on DVD. In addition to creating eye-popping sets and props, she designed the opening credits, executed motion graphic sequences and digital special effects. Leah’s interest in film led her to Austin, TX where she worked as an animator on the Warner Independent film A Scanner Darkly (Richard Linklater); Developed motion graphics for the film entitled One In 2000 (Ajae Clearway), a finalist in the international Nextframe Film Festival; Production designer and motion graphic artist on Clouded (Ajae Clearway), a short film set in rural 1950s. Leah has worked in many areas in production including concept design and development, to production design and set construction, and in post production – digital effects, motion graphics and animation.
